How do I contact Frisky Devils?

Alternative, click on the Live Chat icon on the right of the page and chat with one of our friendly customer service staff. We are here to answer any of your questions. If we are not online, simply send us an email.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. Simply go to the –My Account- link at the top of the page and login and your account information and order status will be shown.
How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Orders of $125 or more will be delivered within Australia FREE.
All orders less than $125 will be delivered at the flat rate of $12.50.
Can I order by phone or mail?
You can place an order by mail, see our – How To Order - page for more information. Unfortunately as we are purely an online business, we do not process phone orders.
Is it safe to use my credit card here?
Yes! We use PayPal as our Payment Partner. PayPal is one of the most popular and secure payment methods which not only allows you to keep your financial information private from us at Frisky Devils, but also guarantees 100% protection against unauthorized payments from your account. As PayPal collects the financial information in order to process your order, no credit card information is stored or handled by Frisky Devils. Are there any other payment options, aside from Credit Card?
Yes, for online purchases, using PayPal, you can pay by direct debit from a nominated bank account.
Alternatively, you can post us your order and pay by cheque or money order (or credit card). See our – How To Order - page for more information.
What credit cards do you accept?
PayPal, our Secure Payment Partner accepts Visa Card and MasterCard only.
What will my credit card statement show?
Your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and your statement will report your purchase as "Lianstar Industries Pty Ltd”
How does Frisky Devils deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post Regular Parcel – Registered Service. For more information, see our – Shipping - page.
Do you deliver to countries other than Australia?
Unfortunately not, we deliver to Australia only.
What happens if I am not home to sign for my parcel?
If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Frisky Devils in order to pick-up your package.
Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we do deliver to Australian P.O. Boxes
Will you respect my privacy?

Do all products come with batteries?
