What information does Frisky Devils collect and how is it used?
The following is required to create an account with Frisky Devils: Your name, address, date of birth, contact telephone number and email address (to receive email confirmations). The confidentiality of our customers is a top priority at Frisky Devils. Under no circumstances will any of your personal information be shared, sold or given out to a third party.
Frisky Devils operates all its own Warehouses and Customer Service Department. Rest assured, when you shop with us, we fill your order and dispatch it personally so your personally details never leave Frisky Devils. Only your name and address will be supplied to our transportation company (Australia Post) so your order can be delivered.
What name will appear on my credit card statement?

How discreet is Frisky Devils correspondence by mail?
All correspondence via regular mail (promotions and special offers, newsletters, receipts, invoices or other) is 100% discreet without indication of the contents. The name on the return address will read - Lianstar Industries Pty Ltd.
Will the parcels sent by Frisky Devils be marked with - adult products - wording or images?
Absolutely not. All merchandise ordered from Frisky Devils will arrive in either plain brown/white cardboard boxes or plain postal envelopes or sachels. They will never be marked with - adult products - wording or images. Furthermore, Frisky Devils will not appear as the sender. Since they look the same as general parcels, you should rest in ease knowing that others will not be able to tell what is inside.
Under What Circumstances will Frisky Devils Contact Me?
You will receive an email confirming placement of your order.
If your order, for whatever reason, cannot be shipped within 48 hours, one of our Frisky Devils Customer Service Representatives will contact you via email.
If your order does not contain enough information (eg address details) for us to complete processing your order, one of our friendly Frisky Devils Customer Service Representatives will contact you via email.
