Shipping Policy
What shipping options do I have?
Frisky Devils only ship to addresses in Australia. We deliver all items using Australia Post Regular Parcel - Registered Service. As all orders are Registered and therefore upon delivery, a signature is required. If it is unable to be delivered, a card will be left with instructions for you to collect the parcel from your nearest Post Office, at a time convenient to you. This ensures goods can be tracked and not lost in transit. It also confirms to us that our customers have infact received their orders.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping prices are shown in your shopping cart during checkout. All order below $125 are shipped at a flat rate cost of $12.50, regardless of the size of the order. For order over $125 Free delivery is provide. This is via Australia Post Regular Parcel - Registered Service
Do I get FREE Shipping on my order?
Free Shipping applies to all orders over $125. Free Shipping orders will be shipped by Australia Post Regular Parcel - Registered Service ∙ If FREE shipping applies to your order it will appear when you get to the Checkout prior to paying for your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your address. Shipping usually takes 2 - 10 business days from the time your order is shipped. As our warehouse is in Perth and all items are shipped from there, quicker delivery times apply to WA addresses. Australia Post has provided the following information as a guide on delivery times using Australia Post Parcel Registered Service.
For Delivery to:
Perth Metro Area Delivery next business day after posting
Country WA - Delivery 1 3 business days after posting
All other Capital Cities (except Perth) Delivery 4 5 business days after posting
All other interstate areas (non Capital city) Delivery 4 10 business days after posting
Note - these are only Australia Post guidelines and based on reasonable expectations and experience.
How long do orders take to process?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24hrs of placing your order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday. We endeavour to provide speedy processing as we understand you want your order as soon as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Typically, orders are shipped within 1 business day from the time your order is processed. (Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days). All items listed on the website are instock (unless stated as Currently Out of Stock) so there is generally no delay prior to shipping. If there is some problem with your order, we will contact you via email.
How discreetly are orders packaged?
All orders are packaged in plain packaging without any indication of the contents. The return address label will read Lianstar Industries Pty Ltd with no mention of Frisky Devils. We aim to be discreet and understand that you may not want others to know that you have purchased Adult Products or Lingerie from Frisky Devils.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us at Frisky Devils. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available because you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or the product did not meet your expectations. So please choose carefully before you buy.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the steps listed below for returning products. .
If you find the item to be faulty, please email us at sales@friskydevils.com.au .In the email, please state that you intend to return the goods and include the exact nature of the defect, your Order number and your contact details. In some instances, we may suggest a simple remedy (ie. batteries around the wrong way etc) or confirm that you should return the item to our Quality Control Department for inspection. .
In order to return a defective product, you must return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. Please also include paperwork with your returned product, detailing the exact nature of the defect, your Order number and your contact details. If the Quality Control Department finds the product to be defective, you will be issued with a replacement. |
